Shipping
Due to restrictions in some states we only ship live goods to VIC, NSW, QLD, and SA. Dry goods are shipped Australia wide. To ship, we use Couriers Please (we use the Authority To Leave option for live goods) and Australia Express Post.
We have various shipping classes to cater for different orders. Shipping of large orders (e.g., multiple corals/items) is capped at $25, medium (e.g., bottle of live pods) $14.80, and small orders are $10.55 (e.g., brine shrimp eggs). Shipping costs are visible during checkout.
Live goods are shipped Monday to Wednesday. These are double bagged and shipped in polystyrene boxes. Ice/heat packs are included (free) for corals if needed.
Returns and DOA policy
We have a 100% arrive alive guarantee. If there is problem, we need to be notified on the day goods are obtained.
Unopened dry goods can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility).
